Checking In and Checking OUt
CHECK IN and EARLY CHECK IN
Check in is at 3.
If you would like an earlier check in we will do what is humanely possible.
Check out for the previous guests is at 11.00 and this is when the cleaners come in. If the guests leave earlier, it is possible to start getting the room ready but we will not know when the previous guests actually leave until the morning itself.
As it takes 1.5 hours to prepare the room, the earliest time that we can guarantee an early check in is at 12.30 and perhaps better to say 13.00. As the family suite takes 3 hours to prepare, the earliest possible check in time is 14.00.
If you have requested an early check in we will message you as soon as the rooms are available. If this is at 11.00, we can only let you know on the day! Better to aim for 12.30 to 13.00 or 14.00 to 15.00 for the family suite. But this also depends on how many requests for an early check in we have on any given morning.
DROPPING OFF BAGS
It is always possible to DROP OFF YOUR BAGS at any time AFTER 8.30 a.m. on the day of your arrival but also SEND US A MESSAGE FIRST, will you? If the keys are available when you come to drop off your bags, you will be able to pick them up at the same time. If the previous guests have not left yet, we will put your keys in the safe so that you can check in at your convenience later in the day.
Stasher
An alternative – if you would rather not come up to the house only then to go back to the centre – is to use “Stasher” for left luggage.

Be careful to check that opening times of some of the places that you can leave your bags with Stasher are compatible with your needs.

CHECK OUT IS BETWEEN 10 AND 11 IN THE MORNING.
To check out, just drop your keys in the yellow bowl in the entrance marked “return keys”. That way we can see that you have vacated your room and start preparing the room for the next guests.
LEAVING BAGS AFTER CHECK OUT
You can leave your bags with us at no extra charge after check out. You will be able to access them when you wish without contacting us. Contact us first, will you, and we will provide you with the procedure for leaving bags with us or how to access alternative solution (Stasher).
Basically we leave a spare key in the safe, allowing you to come back and pick up your bags whenever it suits you.
