1. Getting into the house 

The address for the house is:

THE CODE FOR THE SAFE IS:

Once in the safe, there may well be other keys in the safe and so, please be careful to ONLY TAKE YOUR KEYS. You have ONE set of keys:

Yellow tab
Number 2 on the key ring 
Name of the room (bottom/ Deluxe triple) is on the key tab

Once you have taken your keys, could you possibly also make sure that the SAFE IS CLOSED AGAIN. You close the door and turn the knob to the “closed” position. It will remain closed.

You use THE BRONZE KEY IN THE MIDDLE LOCK to get into the house.

Your room is NUMBER 1 on the GROUND FLOOR facing the street (there is a number on the frame of the door).

Perhaps save this section to your phone so that it is easy to find when you arrive.

Parking information 

Parking sounds more complicated than it is. There is a full description here. Basically, obtain your tickets. Scratch out the same start on each ticket for a consecutive stay. So for three hours, starting at 3 pm, put 3 on both tickets. Each ticket is 1.5 hours. Park in a bay with dotted white lines.

4) CONTACTING US

There are three ways of contacting us once you are here:

a) Ring the doorbell(s) and one of us will come if we are available. There will probably be someone in the house during the whole of your stay.

b) Messaging us. Although, of course, there is no obligation to do so, the best way to message us once you have arrived is by WhatsApp. If you have WhatsApp, there is a QR code in the entrance hall. You can also find the QR code here.

WhatApp has better notifications (and so speedier replies), I can answer messages once I have found your reservation details (much easier than when, say, driving) and I can send attachments (so maps, photos and so on).

If not, a message via the Booking messaging app or by calling directly (07 423 682 588) is always welcome.
