NO SMOKING POLICY
There is no place in the house where it is possible to smoke. If you would like to smoke, there is a smoking area outside of the front door.
Especially at night, could we request that you take your keys and close the door behind you if you would like to smoke outside. If you smoke late in the evening or at night, please keep the noise down SO AS NOT TO DISTURB THE GUESTS IN THE BOTTOM ROOM or the neighbours.
Guests that smoke in their room will be the object of a guest misconduct report and asked to pay additional cleaning costs due to the reputational damage they cause (smell) and the additional cleaning that this involves.
