Leaving a Review

On roughly the same basis as the “like and subscribe” buttons for YouTube podcasts, leaving a good review improves our business reputation and leaving a bad review does the opposite.

If you have been unhappy, for any reason, perhaps contact us directly first to suggest possible improvements: we will do everything that we can to put things right (short of installing a lift to the top floor in this Victorian terrace or moving the house even closer to the centre)
