Messages via the Platform

We provide our telephone numbers once guests have confirmed that we operate a self check in system.

To begin with, we try and keep guests ON THE RESERVATION PLATFORM THAT THEY INITIALLY BOOKED ON (Booking.com or Freetobook for direct bookings). This is because we can follow up previous messages rather than start from zero every time or end up confused by using different messaging systems for different messages. Similarly a paper trace is often more useful than oral messages (given over the telephone, say, a month before).

There are also automated replies that we can send via the channel manager as well as a link to this website where you will find just about all of the information that you will need to make your stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. These automated messages include the code that is required for the self check in system, which is sent on the morning of your arrival.

Once you have received the message giving you the code for the safe at the door, please feel free, of course, to either telephone or to use WhatsApp.
